The accident was reported around 12:27 a.m. on Central Street. Police and fire arrived and found a 2008 white Saturn in the driveway of 394 Central St. Both occupants of the vehicle had sustained serious injuries.

Thirty-nine-year-old Shannon Milhomme-Hoepers of Acton was taken by ambulance to Emerson Hospital in Concord where she was pronounced dead.

The driver of the Saturn, later identified as her husband, 35-year-old Deeiyvid Hoepers, was taken to Boston Medical Center via a medical helicopter with serious injuries. He has since been upgraded to serious but stable condition.
