July 6, 2010 – Air bags, tow truck used to remove the victim from underneath car after 20 minutes
MASHPEE – A 21-year-old male driver was critically injured in a early morning crash on Route 130 in Mashpee after his car rolled over onto him after crashing into several trees. Rescuers, using air bags and a tow truck, were able to remove the victim from underneath the car after 20 minutes.

According to Mashpee Fire Chief George Baker (who was at the scene of the accident), the victim sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital by MedFlight helicopter.
The accident happened around 2 a.m. Tuesday morning, July 6, 2010.
