SPRINGFIELD – A car crash on a Massachusetts highway has killed a woman and badly injured a teenage boy.
The one-car crash happened Thursday night on Route 91 South in West Springfield.
State police say the 23-year-old woman who was driving lost control and the car rolled several times before stopping in the median. They say the woman died of her injuries.
A 17-year-old boy and two men also were in the car. The teen was thrown from the car. He’s been taken to a hospital in grave condition.
Everyone in the car was from Springfield.
State troopers are investigating.
