Mass. Man Arrested for DWI, Drugs After Crash

A Massachusetts man is due in court next month after a reported DWI accident this morning on Route 16 in Dover.

John L. Labo, 27, of Marshfield, MA, was arrested on Oct. 17, 2015, and charged with driving while intoxicated and transportation of a controlled drug.

According to state police, troopers were called to southbound side of Route 16 in Dover for a reported rollover at around 3 a.m.

The preliminary investigation into the accident revealed that Labo’s 2001 Honda Accord was allegedly “traveling at a high rate of speed” on the northbound side of the highway and “failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway.” He reportedly crashed into a guardrail that separates both sides of the route, rolled over across the guardrail, and then the vehicle stopped on its roof in the southbound lane.
