Motorcycle passenger in Brookline crash dies

BROOKLINE, N.H. —A motorcycle passenger who was hospitalized after a crash that killed two motorcycle operators this week has died.

State police said Lisa Pedrichizzi, 37, of Toowong, Queensland, Australia, died Wednesday night at UMass Medical Center in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Christine St. Jean, 55, of Townsend, Massachusetts, was killed in the crash Tuesday on Route 13 in Brookline. The operator of another motorcycle was also killed but has not yet been identified.

Police said the crash happened when a car driven by Miguel Ramos, 41, of Leominster, Massachusetts, crossed over the centerline and into the path of the two motorcycles.

The accident happened in a passing zone, and police said they were trying to determine whether Ramos was trying to pass another vehicle. Investigators said they ruled out drugs and alcohol as contributing factors.

Ramos was treated at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Nashua for injuries that were not life-threatening.
