PLYMPTON – Police say a Plymouth man may have been speeding Thursday night when the car he was driving rolled over and crashed into a home on Main Street.
Police said Randy Eaton, 31, was pronounced dead at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Plymouth on Thursday night after he was pulled from a 2006 Volve S40 that had rolled onto its roof near 389 Main St. The crash was reported around 8:45 p.m.
The crash is still under investigation by State and Plympton police, but officials said Friday that speed likely contributed to it.
