CONCORD – A Sudbury man was killed on Saturday afternoon after his motorcycle struck a car on Sudbury Road in Concord at the entrance of the Nashawtuc Country Club.
The driver of the motorcycle, Sam Zebian, 27, of Sudbury, was found to be suffering from life-threatening injuries at the scene, according to Concord Police Sgt. Jack Kennedy, and was subsequently transported to Emerson Hospital. According to police, Zebian was later pronounced dead at Emerson Hospital.
The Concord Police Department responded to the crash at 12:33 p.m. on Saturday and it was there they found Zebian had been thrown from his motorcycle.
The driver of the car Zebian struck, Jarryd Heyl, 20, of Bedford, was not injured in the crash, according to police.
A Boston Medflight helicopter was called to the scene, but the victim was transported by the Lincoln Fire Department ambulance to Emerson hospital, due to the serious nature of his injuries.
The Concord Police Department and the Massachusetts State Police Reconstruction Unit are currently investigating the crash.
